Shipping
We use the USPS Medium Flat Rate envelopes and boxes for all our shipping. $14.00 per Medium Flat Rate Box up to a maximum of 58 pounds per box. And, $6.00 per Flat Rate Envelope (100 count). All shipments are fully insured. The weights are listed for each bullet style to aid in calculating the shipping costs. Our webstore will calculate the total weight and cost of your order as you enter your items.

Contact Information
All contact information which is provided by the customer is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information provided over the phone is destroyed after the order is shipped. We are not privy to the customer's financial information when the order is placed online.
Return Policy
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned orders. Return shipping & insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
